Home Remedies on Genital Warts There are plenty of home remedies for genital warts if you cannot seek medical treatment right away. They should only be used if your symptoms are mild and while medical treatment sought from a doctor tends to be more effective, home based remedies can work just as well if used properly. Aloe, for example, if applied externally either in cream form or the actual plant itself, can ease the discomfort you experience from warts, while also helping remove the warts entirely. Another method is to soak a cotton ball in Apple Cider Vinegar, apply it directly to the wart with a bandaid to hold it in place, and sleep with it throughout the night. Using this method for about a week will help in effectively treating the warts. Another known remedy is garlic, and when taken either in a powder or pill form it can fight against the bacteria which ultimately aids in the treatment of your warts. Vitamin E and Vitamin A can also aid not only in treating your warts, but fighting the discomforts of them as well. When applied directly to the warts, it will cause them to dry up and fall off, while also offering soothing relief for any pain you might be feeling. Pineapple can also be used for soothing any itching or burning sensations that you might have while Tea Tree Oil can aid in the treatment of anal or vaginal warts, because of its strong anti-fungal properties. Whichever remedy you use, remember to seek medical treatment if your symptoms don't alleviate, or become worse. It is always wise to do, so as to prevent any complications from arising. |
